High-temperature release agent and lubricant

Heat resistance limit of 900°C! A ceramic lubricant that performs well at ultra-high temperatures.

★For inquiries, please contact us directly at info@audec.co.jp. We will respond promptly.★ Release and lubrication at high temperatures! Easy-to-use spray type! It is used for release and lubrication at high temperatures, such as in the molding of diamond tools. Being an aerosol type, it is easy to use and has good workability. The heat resistance limits and film colors of these release and lubricants vary depending on the lubricant. Boron nitride is white at 900°C. Graphite is black at 315°C. Fluororesin is a yellowish-white at 250°C. In particular, the water-soluble "BN Release" is an environmentally friendly product as it is free of organic solvents. Since there are differences in adhesion and removability depending on the product, please choose the one that is best suited for your work. 【For more details, please refer to the catalog】

Heat-resistant release agent and lubricant | Whity Lilies N <Aerosol>

Release and lubricant for boron nitride with a heat resistance temperature of 800℃.

This is a spray of a binderless heat-resistant lubricating release agent that uses petroleum-based organic solvents instead of the chlorine-based organic solvents previously used in Whitylilies, incorporating boron nitride with consideration for the environment. The upper limit of heat resistance is 800°C in an oxidizing atmosphere (900°C for a short time), 1,200°C in a vacuum, and 2,200°C in an inert atmosphere. [Capacity: 420ml aerosol]

FC-251 Fine Dry FB-4

Heat-resistant and adhesive dry-type fluororesin & boron nitride release and lubricant.

- It excels in heat resistance, adhesion, and wear resistance, demonstrating excellent performance as a release agent and lubricant in harsh environments of high temperature and high pressure. - Excellent non-stick properties due to the incorporation of fluoropolymer (polytetrafluoroethylene: PTFE). - Superior lubricity achieved through the incorporation of boron nitride (hexagonal boron nitride: hBN). - Usable over a wide temperature range from -60°C to 280°C. - Fluoropolymer, boron nitride, and inorganic binders are blended in optimal ratios to form a uniform and highly adhesive coating, resulting in excellent wear resistance. - It dries quickly and the coating surface does not become sticky, preventing the adhesion of dirt and dust. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

WRL420 Whity Lilies Spray Heat-Resistant Release Lubricant

Whity Lily's spray boron nitride heat-resistant lubricant and release agent, pure boron nitride heat-resistant release agent.

The Whity series is an aerosol product that disperses fine powder of boron nitride in a solvent. Since it does not contain a resin binder, it can be used in processing steps that avoid outgassing from release films (such as vacuum or inert gas). The upper limit of heat resistance is 800°C in an oxidizing atmosphere (900°C for short periods), 1,200°C in a vacuum, and 2,200°C in an inert atmosphere.
